Welcome to studio.

We specialize in dance and fitness instruction for adults and children. At studio, you'll see unique classes for all levels that you won't find at the gym.

We offer a personal environment and focused instruction at our boutique studio in the heart of downtown Lawrenceville.

Whether you're interested in Bellydance, Ballroom, Hip-Hop, Pilates, Yoga, or just some plain old fashioned Aerobics, we have a spot for you.

WE'RE OPEN ON JULY 4th!
We will hold classes as normal on Saturday July 4th. Join us for Yoga and Ballet before heading off to your afternoon and evening celebrations.

There will be no evening classes on Friday, July 3 as we join downtown Lawrenceville in its Prelude to the 4th celebration.
